Cleaning Up for Better User Experience and SEO
Having outgrown their Shift4Shop store, it was time to move SpeedCleaning.com to Shopify. The store had 120,000+ customers, over 100,000 orders, 300+ products, thousands of images, a large blog and several content pages; the entire site also had a complete SEO structure that had to be carefully moved so that links and taxonomy remained intact. The new Shopify store required user-friendly SEO-oriented design that the store owner can update in the store theme editor without writing code. This project also included complete store setup, app recommendations and integration of more than 30 apps, integrating Google Analytics (GA4), Meta and other tracking pixels, setting up the Google Shopping feed, and designing a store theme so that the store owner can use and re-use page templates and sections to create new content in the built-in store theme editor without writing any code (self-maintainable) for the Home page, categories, products and blog posts.
